How does it work?

Benefits of the Plan

1. Save Money  

The greatest benefit of the plan is that it helps you to save money as you will pay the lowest price for your repair job.  

For example, non-members may pay $300.00 for a repair job, however, you would pay $200.00 as a plan member.

2. Maintain Home

When you maintain your home by making regular repairs, you will avoid any build up of needed repairs that will eventually cost a lot of money to bring your home back to its great condition.  So, our plan eliminates spending large sums for repairs.  

3. Sell at Top Price

If you decide to sell your home, your home is already in great condition and you can sell at top price.  Therefore, you will not have to spend a lot of money as the average homeowner does for costly repairs as you will already be ahead of the game.

4. Peace of Mind

We believe that having peace of mind is one of the greatest achievements in life. Therefore, if your home looks great, you will feel great coming home every day, then you will have peace of mind knowing there are no lingering costly repairs to be done.

5. Routine Check

Every 6 months, we will come out to your home and do a routine check to make sure everything looks good and make recommendations for any repairs so that you can keep your home in tip-top condition. 

Special Financing

As a member of our Diamond Services, you automatically qualify to benefit from our special financing plan for projects over $2,000.00. That means, you would pay 50% of the labor cost up-front and the remaining 50% would be paid in 3 equal monthly payments. For example, if the labor cost for your painting job totals $2,400.00, you would pay a 50% deposit of $1,200.00 followed by 3 equal monthly payments of $400.00. Our special financing does not include the cost of materials and we do not charge any interest (90 days same as cash). Please note that you must be a member for a minimum of 3 months and must have used our services at least once in the last 3 months in order to qualify for this benefit. If you qualify, then your first monthly payment will be due 30 days from the completion date of your job.
