TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that our terms and conditions may change at any time and without prior notice to our customers. 

Therefore, please check for any changes or updates before making a purchase.


Additional Charges - Even though we have listed our labor rates and estimated cost of material, some jobs may require additional charges for labor and material.  The following jobs may incur the additional charges shown below:  

Ceiling Height Over 8 Feet - For a wall, we charge $10.00 per square foot for each additional square foot over 8 feet (eg. a 10 feet high ceiling would be an extra 2 feet above the standard 8 feet. Therefore, if the wall were 10 feet wide, then 10 feet x 2 feet would be 20 square feet and you would then multiply 20 square feet x $10.00 to get $200.00). For a ceiling, we charge $2.00 per square foot (for each wall) for each additional square foot over 8 feet (eg. a 10 feet high ceiling would be an extra 2 feet above the standard 8 feet. Therefore, if the wall were 10 feet wide, then 10 feet x 2 feet would be 20 square feet and you would then multiply 20 square feet x 2.00 to get $40.00. You would then multiply $40.00 x 4 walls to get $160.00).

Additional Workers - We charge $600.00 per day for each labor worker and $800.00 per day for each skilled worker.

Cleaning Work Area - We charge a minimum fee of $200.00 to clean up the work area (if needed) prior to the start of the job. The cost will increase to $100.00 for each additional hour. 

Dumpster Rental - Price will be determined at the time we rent the dumpster from the company.

Higher Square Footage - Price will be determined at the time we provide a personalized quote.

Moving Furniture - We charge a minimum fee of $200.00 for moving up to 4 heavy pieces of furniture and then $50.00 for each additional item.

Materials - Price will be determined at the time of service.

Multi-level Buildings - Price will be determined at the time of service.  

Multiple Coats of Paint - 75% of original charge for second coat and 50% of original charge for third coat, 

Multiple Tones of Paint - $20.00/LF 

Paint Stripping - $3.00/SF, traveling over 30 minutes - $50.00 for very 30 minutes, 

Permits - We estimate the charge for each permit to be about $150.00.

Tool/Equipment Rental - Price will be determined at the time of rental based on the tool or equipment required for the job.

Cancellation - You will have 5 working days to cancel your contract prior to the start of the job or 7 working days if you are 65 years or older. We will refund your deposit within 10 working days.


Consultation Fee - We charge a consultation fee of $200.00 to come out to your property, obtain photos and measurements, and provide a written estimate. This fee will be applied to the job at the time of service.


Contracts, Deposits, and Payments - We will provide you with a contract for signature for the work to be performed as well as collect a 30% deposit  upon signing of the contract. A subsequent payment for 30% for the cost of materials must be paid prior to the start of the job. Lastly, the final  payment for 40% must be made once the job has been completed. If the homeowner requires a walk-through, then the final payment must be made prior to us leaving the property once the walk-through has been completed. Additionally, the contract will include a payment schedule for when the payments are due. 


Diamond Services - Once you become a member, there is a waiting period of 30 days before you start receiving your discount.  The plan provides a 10% discount off the listed services for labor charges only. It does not include discounts on material.  In regard to family members and friends, you can include them on your membership application or submit an email with their information so that we can add them to your file as a referral. They will receive the same discount and benefits as you. When sending us your email referral, please include the words "Diamond Services Referral" in the subject line of the email as well as include your name (eg. Jane Smith - Diamond Services Referral). You will then include the name and phone number for your family member or friend in the body of the email. We will then reach out to your family member/friend and welcome them to the plan. 


No Show - We charge a fee of $100.00 for no-show in the event that we show up at the customer's residence for a scheduled appointment, however, there is no one home. Therefore, please be sure to cancel any appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.


Prices - The prices listed are for labor charges only. It does not include the cost of materials which must be paid at 100% prior to the start of the job. Please be advised that our prices may change at any time and without prior notice.


Store - We purchase the listed items in our online store from the physical store at the time of purchase. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time of your job. As a result, by purchasing an item from our store, you agree that we can substitute the listed item with a similar item with no further actions taken against our company. If our customer no longer wants an item for any reason other than the item being defective, does not work, or an incorrect size, we charge a fee of $50.00 to return the item to the physical store location.
